amy-dyson-kehs-smAmy Dyson Kehs participated in the Worcester County Summer Theater Program as a child, and the SDHS theatre program as a high school student from 1989-1991. Amy graduated from American University in 1995 with a degree in Public Communications. After graduation she worked in the Public Affairs Office at the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum and also the Newseum in Washington, D.C. In 2000, she started her own public relations consulting business, Kehs Communications. Her projects have included the Smithsonian Channel web series Wild Inside, ten Smithsonian Folklife Festivals, the openings of the Udvar-Hazy National Air and Space Museum and the National Museum of African American History and Culture, a national tour for the film Lost in Woonsocket and local media relations for the TV show Random 1.

Amy serves on the board of Isabel’s Gift, a non-profit organization that helps families with babies in the NICU. She is very involved in her children’s schools, is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and she also has a pretty cool blog, www.amysfoodrevolution.com. Amy lives in Crofton, Maryland with her husband, daughter and son.
